Delivery Policy


1. Delivery Service

As a small business, we do not run our own delivery team, delivery service is provided by third party delivery companies. For our standard delivery service, we engage the service of Jumppoint. Orders are delivered between 2  - 8pm on weekdays, during peak seasons such as the days leading up to Chinese New Year, Mid Autumn, Christmas or any major holidays, orders may arrive after 8pm, please read Jumppoint's terms and conditions here (https://www.jumppoint.io/en/jumppoint-terms-and-conditions). Due to unpredictable circumstances, customer agree to  bear the risk if you decide to use this delivery service. 

Delivery rate is as below:

Standard Weekday Delivery Fee: $78



For weekends, specified time, cakes, public holidays, delivery service will either be LaLaMove/GoGoX. Delivery fee to be quoted based on location, date and time. For those who are concerned of the risk standard delivery service may have, you can also choose to use this service.



**Complimentary standard weekday delivery to one location point for retail orders above $1,500 and between 3 - 8 pm on weekdays only

***Early delivery charge applies for delivery requests before 1pm starting from $100+

 

2. Pick up at Lai Chi Kok 

Please ensure you provide the correct name, contact number and order confirmation when collecting.  


Lai Chi Kok: Weekdays 12nn - 5pm only at the bottom of our workshop building (5 mins from Lai Chi Kok MTR, detailed address to be provided once order has been confirmed)
