Delivery Policy


1. Delivery Service

For our standard delivery service, we can arrange for your products to be delivered between 3  - 8pm on weekdays. This delivery service is provided by a third party delivery company. Due to unpredictable circumstances, customer will have to bear the risk if you decide to use this delivery service.

 

Delivery rates are as below:

Standard Weekday Delivery Fee: $78

Weekend and Public Holiday Delivery Fee: quotation based on LaLaMove


**Complimentary delivery to one location point for retail orders above $1,200 and between 3 - 8 pm on weekdays only

***Early delivery charge applies for delivery requests before 3pm, starting from $80+

 

2. Pick up at Lai Chi Kok or partner stores with surcharge

Please ensure you provide the correct name, contact number and order confirmation when collecting.  


Lai Chi Kok: Weekdays only at the bottom of our workshop building (detailed address to be provided once order has been confirmed)
