All orders are freshly baked each day in small batches. Only quality ingredients are used, including flour from United Kingdom and Japan, Valrhona chocolate from France and all-natural fruits, spices and other flavourings.
Yes, we offer low sugar version of some of our baked goods, please contact us by email with your requests. We also offer a packaging design service for occasions such as baby announcements, weddings etc. Additional cost and minimum quantity applies.

All our products are made fresh to order without artificial preservatives. We highly recommend consuming on the day of delivery to enjoy them at their best.
For cookies, consume on the day of purchase for the best experience, otherwise they can last up to 5-7 days when stored in an air tight container at room temperature or up to 2 months in the freezer. To freeze them, wrap individually and store in ziploc bag.
For brownies, consume within 5 days for the best texture. Store in an airtight container somewhere cool for up to one week, or up to 2 weeks in the fridge.

No cancellation or refund will be accepted once the order has been confirmed and paid for. If you need to change the date or details of your order please contact us at least 7 days in advance.
Any changes within 7 days of the delivery date may not be accommodated. If changes are accommodated, which will be at Baked Indulgence’s absolute discretion, there will be a 15% amendment fee based on the total amount or $100 amendment fee whichever is more.
We have minimum order for deliveries, 6pcs for cookies and blackout brownies, 16pcs for bite-sized brownies. Visit our pop up store for individual pieces.
1. Delivery Service
We can arrange for your products to be delivered between 3 - 8pm on weekdays and 2 - 7pm on weekends. This delivery service is provided by a third party delivery company. Due to unpredictable circumstances, customer will have to bear the risk if you decide to use delivery service.
