Baked Indulgence offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. 

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before ordering. Any use of this website and/or purchase of our products/ service constitutes your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions set out herein. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content. 

Product

  • All product images are for reference only. All products are handmade therefore appearance and colour may differ slightly from the photo.
  • We may change some of the ingredients and decorations of the products without prior notice in case of seasonal shortage.

Order

  • Minimum order applies for deliveries - 8pcs for cookies (any flavours) and 16pcs for brownies. Visit our pop-up store at ifc mall for individual pieces.
  • You can place an order here or send us a DM on Instagram. Alternatively, you can visit us at our pop-up store in ifc mall.
  • We require a pre-order lead time of one day for all online orders. (Our daily pre-order cut off time is 3 pm).
  • For rush order, a rush order fee of HKD100 or 20% based on the total amount, whichever is higher applies.
  • If you wish to amend your order, please contact us at least 7 days in advance. We reserve the right to charge to refuse last minute changes or charge an amendment fee.
  • By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree for us to use your personal data. All data collected will be used only for the purpose of providing the product and service to you.

Payment, Refund & Cancellations

  • Full payment is required for all orders.
  • Once an order has been confirmed and paid for, there will be no cancellation, amendments, reschedule or any refund..
  • No refund or replacement will be given if customers fail to pick up the order within the agreed period.
  • You agree to pay for every order made and agree to indemnify us for all claims, costs, losses and damages whatsoever which we may suffer, sustain or incur in connection with and/or arising out of your placing orders including during any stage of the delivery service.
  • We reserve the right to amend, cancel or decline your order. We will not be liable if we amend, cancel or decline your order or if we become unable to fulfil your order for whatsoever reason.
  • If product has material defects, please leave your order number and contact information to info@bakedindulgence.com

Delivery Service

  • Delivery service is provided by third-party delivery services/ Lalamove / GOGOX / Pickupp. Due to unpredictable circumstances, customer will have to bear the risk if you decide to use delivery service. Delivery charges apply.
  • Free deliver to one location point for orders above HKD1000.
  • After the products leave our premises, we are not responsible for any damage to the product.
  • You will be liable for any delays, additional charges, or other losses as a result of inaccuracy of address or your failure to receive delivery for whatever reason. 
  • Any changes within 7 days of the delivery date may not be accommodated. If changes are accommodated, which will be at Baked Indulgence’s absolute discretion, there will be a 15% amendment fee based on the total amount or $100 amendment fee whichever is more.
  • If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above/ Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is/ will be in force*/ during weather conditions that may be at risk to any person delivering your products, all deliveries will be postponed. We will contact you as soon as possible for the new arrangement. No cancellation or refund will be made

* As advised by the Hong Kong Observatory.

Pick up at pop-up store

  • Please ensure you provide the correct contact number and show us your order confirmation when collecting.
  • Products must be collected on the selected pick-up date. No refund or replacement will be given if customers fail to pick up.

Content

  • Any usage of our brand name, logo, layout, graphic, images, photographs, design and any combination thereof and other materials relating to the products requires giving credit to Baked Indulgence.

Change to Terms and Conditions

  • Baked Indulgence reserves the right to change our content and these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Any changes shall be effective immediately. Should there be any dispute, Baked Indulgence reserves the right of final decision and interpretation.
